OMG! Hungry man was caught in Onitsha market for stealing yam [See Photos]

According to the report we received, the above captured man as indicated in the photo above was caught in Onitsha main market.
Then the report said, he was allegedly caught stealing tubers of yam at Onitsha main market, Anambra state. That's why he was made to wear a tuber of yam round his neck.
